This is a fully PRIVATE Italian cooking experience, hosted in a real Milanese home by a true Italian chef, born and based in Italy. It is not a cooking school and not a group class — the experience is designed exclusively for you and your guests. Before the experience, YOU WILL CHOOSE the 3-courses menu together, based on your tastes and preferences. You can decide what you would like to cook and eat: fresh handmade pasta, risotto, pizza, traditional Italian sauces, classic desserts, or other Italian specialities. The menu is always customised and agreed in advance, 100% plant-based! Once you arrive, you’ll be welcomed into a warm, authentic Milanese home with a small Italian aperitivo. From there, the experience becomes completely hands-on. You will cook step by step together with the chef, learning real Italian techniques, tips, and traditions in a relaxed and personal atmosphere. At the end of the experience, we sit down together at the table to enjoy everything we’ve prepared, accompanied by wine, water, and coffee — just like in a real Italian home. After the class, you will receive a digital recipe booklet so you can recreate the dishes at home.
