What you can expect

Immerse yourself in a private cooking class at Mauricio’s house. Learn to grill different cuts of meat and vegetables like a local, set the fire the traditional way, and prepare the classic Argentine sauce, chimichurri.
Feel like you’re visiting an old friend in a warm, intimate setting. Since 2016, Mauricio has been sharing his passion for Asado, making this one of the first cooking classes of its kind in Mendoza.
Get hands-on as you choose, salt, and cook delicious meats and veggies on the grill. While the coals heat up, savour regional starters and try excellent Malbec wines from Mendoza.
As a courtesy, transport up to 4 people from your hotel/apartment to my house ONLY if you are in the city area , the return is by taxi on your own.
