What you can expect

    I am Jheams, a local professional chef, and in this experience, I will teach you how to make delicious Colombian empanadas from scratch! I invite you to our workshop kitchen in the local barrio of La Pradera, with amazing views of Comuna 13 and city centre Medellín! We'll cook together, have some typical drinks, and enjoy our delicious creations on the terrace. I love to share with you our culture and look forward to getting to know yours!

    We meet at the exit of Juan XXIII Metrocable station. From there, we have a short walk through La Pradera, a area that has transformed significantly and is now a peaceful and welcoming place to experience everyday local life. If you prefer to meet directly at the workshop place (e.g. by taxi), that is possible as well!
