Immerse yourself in the flavours of Western Sicily with a gastronomic journey at the Mamma Caura restaurant, located in the Saline Ettore e Infersa. Savour a 3 course meal with wine pairings, designed to enhance the local culinary traditions.

Start with Sciacca anchovy croutons, embellished with a lemon-flavored butter and a touch of hand-picked fleur de sel, which adds a light crunchiness and an explosion of Mediterranean flavours. This simple yet refined starter is accompanied by a glass of Vino Florio, which is the base wine for the production of the famous Marsala (fortified wine) typical of this area.

Continue with a traditional and flavor-rich dish: spaghetti broken in fish broth, a recipe that enhances the intense and authentic flavour of the Sicilian sea. To complete this dish, a glass of Marsala Virgin from Cantine Florio is served. A wine made from Grillo grapes with a unique flavour that pairs perfectly with the anchovy croutons.

To conclude, savour a Sicilian cannolo, with its crunchy wafer and sheep's milk ricotta filling. This dessert is accompanied by a glass of Marsala Semisecco from Cantine Florio.
