Your adventure from Marrakech to the desert begins with a morning pickup from your hotel or riad around 7:30am. As we leave the city behind, we’ll head into the scenic High Atlas Mountains, climbing winding roads and passing traditional Berber villages perched along the hillsides. Along the way, we’ll stop at the famous Tizi N'Tichka Pass—the highest road pass in Morocco at 2,260 metres—where you can take in breathtaking views and snap some great photos. We’ll then continue to the iconic Aït Benhaddou, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of Morocco’s most famous kasbahs. You’ll have time to explore the ancient mud-brick village, walk through its narrow alleys, and climb up to the old granary for sweeping views of the surrounding valley. After the visit, we’ll drive to nearby Ouarzazate, known as the gateway to the Sahara and a famous film location, where we’ll stop for a relaxing lunch before continuing the journey.

In the afternoon, we’ll make our way through the picturesque Valley of Roses, known for its fragrant fields and local rosewater products, and drive along the scenic Road of a Thousand Kasbahs. You’ll see dramatic landscapes, traditional architecture, and plenty of photo-worthy moments along the way. By early evening, we’ll arrive in the beautiful Dades Valley, where you’ll check into a comfortable hotel surrounded by rocky canyons and peaceful nature. You’ll enjoy a delicious Moroccan dinner, relax after a full day of exploring, and get ready for the next leg of your desert adventure.
