What you can expect

The Margaret River surfing academy was the first established surf school in the Margaret River region founded by Josh Palmateer. MRSA is a family run business.

Come and visit Simon and Asha, for a learn-to-surf lessons in some of Margaret River's premier surf locations. The academy specialises in school, private and beginner group lessons and our coaches pride themselves on their safety and presence in the water.

We look forward to covering all of your surfing needs in the Margaret River region. The Margaret River Surfing Academy are the professionals in learn to surf industry.

The surf school also hires equipment and provides full and half day tours of the region and are currently expanding their operations into surf therapy and mental health awareness, with owner Simon Tien being a qualified Master in Mental Health and registered paramedic.
