What you can expect

Day 1: Arrival in Lima, transfer to Miraflores Park Hotel.

Day 2: Lima city tour including historic centre, Plaza de Armas, and Larco Museum with its extensive ceramic collection and unique erotic pottery.

Day 3: Flight to Cusco, visit to an Alpaca farm, Andean Textile Industry insight, Sacred Valley lunch, and Pisac market exploration.

Day 4: Stone masonry in a local mansion, Chinchero textile demonstration, Moray circular terraces tour, and scenic lunch.

Day 5: Train from Ollantaytambo to Machu Picchu, buffet lunch, and guided citadel tour.

Day 6: Optional second Machu Picchu visit or hikes to Machu Picchu Mountain, Huayna Picchu, or the Sungate. Free time in Aguas Calientes.

Day 7: Train to Ollantaytambo, fortress and temple tour, Sacsayhuaman visit, and return to Cusco.

Day 8: Cusco city walking tour, local artist visit, Qoricancha exploration, Cathedral visit, and farewell dinner.

Day 9: Transfer to Cusco Airport for flight to Lima.
