What you can expect

Day 1: The tour starts with a flight from the USA to Lima, Peru, with commercial airlines departing from various US cities.

Day 2: In Lima, participants are greeted by a Kaypi Peru Tours representative and taken to a hotel in Miraflores. A city tour includes Miraflores City centre, the Park of Love, Lima's Historical Centre, Country Hall, Cathedral, and the San Francisco Monastery and Catacombs. The afternoon is free, with an overnight stay in Lima.

Day 3: Travel from Lima to Cusco in the High Andes. A walking tour in Cusco includes the Plaza de Armas, Plaza Nazarenas, San Blas area, Twelve Angle Stone, Plaza San Francisco, and Mercado Central de San Pedro. The afternoon is free, with an overnight stay in Cusco.

Day 4: A free day in Cusco with optional tours available for an additional price, including the Sacred Valley Tour, city tour, horse riding in Saqsayhuaman Park, Salt Mines of Maras, Moray, Chinchero Textile Centre, and Rainbow Mountain hike. Overnight in Cusco.

Day 5: Travel from Cusco to Machu Picchu Town (Aguas Calientes) by train, with an overnight stay there. Visitors can explore local attractions like the Orchid museum, museum Chavez Ballon, Machupicchu site museum, or the thermal baths.

Day 6: A guided tour of Machu Picchu, followed by a train ride back to Cusco or Ollantaytambo. Overnight in Cusco.

Day 7: Transfer from the hotel to the airport for a flight to Lima and then a connecting flight back to the USA.
