What you can expect

In a cosy cooking workshop, after a career change, Fanny, a passionate cheesemaker and cook, accompanies you throughout this cheese-making experience.
A former rural cheesemaker who raised dairy sheep and processed milk on the farm using organic methods, Fanny has now become a cook and cheesemaker.
This cheese and good food enthusiast will take you into a world of local producers, happy animals, and flowery meadows…
Together, we will plunge our hands into the milk and then into the curd, and using cheesemaking techniques, we will stretch this cheese to create mozzarella, burrata, stracciatella, and a braid.
This workshop is located in Vieux-Lyon, with the Saône River as a backdrop, at 16 Quai Romain Rolland, Lyon 5.
Don't forget to bring containers to take your creations home.
The milk used is raw and unpasteurized for an authentic artisanal experience.
