What you can expect

Discover local producers in the company of Fanny. She will welcome you to her cooking workshop in the heart of Lyon's Old Town, where you will have the opportunity to prepare a delicious, complete, seasonal, and locally sourced menu.

• Market visit and product selection: Head to the Marché Saint-Antoine, right in front of the workshop, to select the best local products for your menu. Take advantage of this opportunity to discover the region's culinary treasures and support small-scale producers.

• Menu preparation: Back at the workshop, roll up your sleeves and learn to master the culinary techniques needed to prepare your seasonal meal.

• Tasting and sharing: After preparing the meal, enjoy your menu together, accompanied by a wine selected from local producers (additional charge applies). You can also take your creations home with you and continue the experience at home.

At the end of the workshop, you will leave feeling proud of having cooked with local, seasonal produce.
