• Menu preparation: Back at the workshop, roll up your sleeves and learn to master the culinary techniques needed to prepare your seasonal meal.
• Tasting and sharing: After preparing the meal, enjoy your menu together, accompanied by a wine selected from local producers (additional charge applies). You can also take your creations home with you and continue the experience at home.
