    Palm healing for stress relief, relaxation, and balancing your chakras. It reduces stress and anxiety through gentle touch. Reiki practitioners use their hands to transmit energy to your body, thereby improving the flow and balance of your energy to support healing and self-healing powers.
    Reiki Chakra Balancing, originally from Bali and taught and practised there for many years by I Nyoman Widwan, is now practised and offered at the Widwan Yoga Studio in Lübbenau.
    Widwan has now been living in Germany for over 7 years out of love, and he continues to develop his skills year after year through regular advanced training workshops with traditional teachers in Bali.
    As a Balinese, he lives by life principles based on harmony, respect, and spirituality, which are at the heart of his philosophy.
    Widwan Yoga Studio Lübbenau Spreewald is more than a place of relaxation; it is a spiritual studio for emotional transformation, creative self-expression, and spiritual renewal. Founded by Widwan from Bali, the studio combines ancient healing traditions with modern creative therapies to promote holistic well-being.
