Spend a day at Brisbane's Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary; the world's first and largest koala sanctuary. Hold one of the 130 koalas, hand-feed kangaroos, and meet 100 species of other Australian native animals, all in beautiful, natural settings.

Be entertained by the Australian outback farm-experience and Sheep Dog Show, held three times daily. Watch the skilled sheep dog handlers and their canine companions herd sheep through green pastures. Meet the furry and woolly stars of the show at the end of each session.

Be sure not to miss the Free Flight Raptor Show, held twice daily, featuring the sanctuary's owls, eagles, hawks, and falcons, as they demonstrate their incredible flight abilities. In the afternoon, stop by their 1-million dollar Platypus House, to see their two resident platypus, and then get up close as you hand-feed the colourful wild lorikeets.

No sign of snakes and reptiles except for odd small types roaming. Only small number of Kangas compared to my previous visit some years ago. My Partner (60 yrs) unable to have discount for entry. (She is from Philippines)
