What you can expect

Day 1 – Travel to Sumbawa By car & ferry

10.00 – Depart Mataram to Kayangan Harbour
12.20 – Take the ferry to Sumbawa (approximately 1–1.5 hours)
Stop for a simple lunch at a local restaurant (fees not included)
14.00 – Continue the overland journey to Labuan Jambu (optional stop for shopping in Sumbawa Besar)
17.00 – Arrive at Labuan Jambu, check-in at the hotel, and rest

Day 2 – Swimming with Whale Sharks Experience

03.30 – Wake-up call
04.00 – Depart by traditional wooden boat to the whale shark site
04.30 – Light breakfast on the boat (coffee/tea, fresh fruit, bread)
05.00 – Arrive at the bagang (fishing platform) and get ready for snorkelling
05.30 – Sunrise snorkelling with whale sharks – an unforgettable, amazing experience
09.30 – Return to the hotel, breakfast at the hotel
11.00 – Start the journey back to Lombok
18.00 – Arrive in Mataram
