Overview

This is a calligraphy lesson, a cultural experience programme offered by the Tourist Information Centre in Yanaka. Children, as well as adults, can enjoy this programme. Calligraphy is considered to be a complex art, but it can be fun. Experienced, friendly Sensei will teach you how to do it!
Practice basic strokes
Choose your favourite words to practice
Practice many times with fun!
Draw your favourite words on the Shikishi paper.
Or make your T-shirt with your name on it in kanji!
