According to your flavour, you will have chance to enjoy steamed scallops , raw small octopus, calm soup and raw fish sashimi etc. Salmon sashimi or tuna sashimi is very common at western countries but rock fish sashimi or flounder sashimi is much more popular in Korea. You can enjoy yellowtail sashimi in winter. In Busan, you can also enjoy Hokkaido scallops from Japan at the most affordable prices.
