    This Luontopolku Back to Your Senses® experience takes place within the Lappeenranta Fortress, where centuries-old paths meet the open views of Lake Saimaa. Located within the Saimaa UNESCO Global Geopark, the area reflects a unique combination of geological history, nature, and cultural heritage—offering a powerful setting for reflection and reconnection.

    Led by Mirka Kristiina, a Finnish Certified Transformative Travel Coach, the walk gently combines movement, nature immersion, and guided reflection. As you move along the fortress paths and lakeside surroundings, you are invited to pause, notice, and reconnect with yourself.

    You will be offered simple reflection prompts to support clarity—either in quiet personal thought or light conversation. This is not a guided tour filled with information. It is a space to slow down, listen, and experience the landscape from within.

    Whether you are seeking clarity, navigating change, or simply wishing to experience Finnish nature and culture more deeply, this walk offers a calm and supportive environment to reconnect and move forward with intention.
