The tour starts in our most important vineyard: Vigna Manzotti. It's a heroic vineyard due to its steep slope, worked by hand, and it offers a wonderful view thanks to its history. Here you'll discover our history, our territory, and our projects that are a little different from the usual. We'll then head to the cellar, our hermitage, where Simone will show you how the wines you'll taste later with local starters are made. Our company has 5.5 hectares of vineyards and is family-run: we're winemakers and oversee the entire process from the vineyard to the bottle. We're also certified for environmental sustainability, which is super important to us. We're in the area where the first Italian sparkling wine was born.
