Overview

  • The Langa Train tour is a half day tour that will take the visitor into the oldest township of South Africa. The includes a train ride from Cape town station to Langa (and back). At Langa the tour will be curated by a registered and trained tourist guide. Upon disembarking the train tourist can take a walking/cycling tour to visit Guga S'thebe art centre, Langa Pass Office, Langa Beer Hall, 16 on Lerotholi Art Gallery, old Churches and schools. A visit to the local food garden is a must-see. A lunch will be enjoyed at a local eatery before returning back to the train enroute to Cape Town station.
