Join a sunset stand-up paddle lesson in the bay of Pisenze, one of the quietest and most picturesque areas of Lake Garda. The experience takes place in the evening, when the lake is generally calmer and the sunlight creates a relaxing atmosphere.
The lesson lasts about 60 minutes and is led by a certified instructor. All the necessary equipment is included, such as a board, paddle, safety device, and insurance. The activity starts with a short theoretical part on land, during which the basics of SUP, the correct paddling techniques, and the main safety rules are explained.
After the initial explanation, we'll gradually and carefully enter the water to put what we've learned into practice and become familiar with the board in complete safety. The lesson is also suitable for first-timers and takes place in a protected environment, ideal for stress-free learning.
During the outing, you'll have time to improve your balance and technique, paddling inside the bay as the sun sets over the lake. An experience that combines physical activity, nature, and relaxation, allowing you to experience Lake Garda from a different perspective.
