The discovery of a small reality, which makes quality and respect for nature, its own creed, hides something magical and we will involve you in a path that goes beyond simple tasting. We will walk together all the stages that lead to the production of our Chianti Classico DOCG wine, starting from the vineyard, which we grow in organic agriculture in the most natural way possible, from which we are eliminating every plastic element, and then move on to the deepening of the part of winemaking and ageing of the wines, in full respect for tradition. A different way to understand wine, in which the glass will represent the last stage of an engaging adventure. We will conclude our experience with the tasting of our Chianti Classico DOCG, in combination with some local products and our Extra Virgin Olive oil.
