What you can expect

  • Enjoy a Walking Tour through La Latina and Taste Delicious Tapas

Immerse yourself in the heart of old Madrid with a captivating walking tour through La Latina, one of the city’s most historic and lively areas. Stroll through charming plazas, centuries-old churches, bustling markets, and iconic landmarks as you uncover hidden corners and legendary tales.

The tour begins at Plaza Mayor, where stories of fires, sparrows, and squid sandwiches set the scene. We'll then head to the Mercado de San Miguel — a sensory delight and a true symbol of Madrid’s rich culinary heritage. Along the way, you’ll pass by convents where cloistered nuns sell handmade cookies, walk past the world’s oldest restaurant, and discover curious anecdotes in tucked-away spots like Puerta Cerrada or San Pedro el Viejo, where faith meets folklore.

We'll finish the experience in the most authentic way — enjoying a drink and traditional tapas at a local bar, right in the heart of La Latina.
