Once adorned in your kimono, step into a serene tea room where you’ll be guided through the rituals of the tea ceremony by an experienced instructor. Learn the graceful techniques of preparing matcha using a traditional bamboo whisk (chasen), and then try making your own bowl of matcha. Enjoy the rich flavours of your creation paired with exquisite Japanese sweets from a century-old confectionery.
