Swap the hotel pool for an off-road adventure in the hills above Kuşadası. On this guided quad or buggy safari you drive your own vehicle along forest and dirt trails, reach the golden sand of Pamucak Beach for a break (with a sea swim in the summer months) – with no shopping stops along the way.

Your day starts with pickup from your hotel in Kuşadası or Pamucak, or from Kervansaray (The Big Ottoman Palace), just 50 metres from the Kuşadası cruise port exit. A short drive takes you to our safari camp near Pamucak, where our English-speaking guides give you a safety briefing and a helmet. No driving licence or previous experience is needed – the vehicles are easy to handle and our guides help first-timers feel comfortable.

Follow your guide in a convoy along dirt trails and through pine woods, with panoramic views over Kuşadası and its secret beaches. Everyone drives at a safe, steady pace behind the lead guide – there is no racing and no overtaking.

Halfway through, you reach Pamucak Beach for a break on the sand (in summer you can also cool off with a swim in the Aegean Sea), then ride back to the camp along the trails. After about 1.5 hours of driving, our shuttle takes you back to your hotel or the port.

Choose the morning tour (starts 11:00) or the afternoon tour (starts 16:00). Cruise passengers are back at the port well before their ship departs: around 1:45–2:15 PM after the morning tour and 6:45–7:15 PM after the afternoon tour.

Good to know: depending on the season the trails can be dusty or muddy, so wear clothes you don't mind getting dirty and bring sunglasses and a face cover (also sold at the camp for 5 EUR). Photos and videos are offered by the venue and can be bought on site if you wish.
