What you can expect

  • Day 01: Arrival in Periyar (Thekkady) – Wildlife Experience
    Arrive at Kochi Airport or get picked up from your hotel in Kochi and proceed to Thekkady. Upon arrival in Thekkady, check in at the hotel.
    In the afternoon, visit Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary and enjoy a boat cruise on Periyar Lake, where you may have the opportunity to spot elephants, deer, bison, and various bird species along the shores.
    In the evening, enjoy a spice plantation tour or choose an optional Kalaripayattu or Kathakali cultural show. Overnight stay in Periyar.

    Day 02: Periyar – Mararikulam Beach (Approx. 4.5 Hours Drive)
    Early morning, enjoy a guided nature walk in the Periyar area. After breakfast, drive to Mararikulam Beach. Check in at your beach resort. The rest of the day is free to relax by the beach, enjoy the sea, choose an Ayurvedic massage, or take a short walk along the shore. Overnight stay at the Mararikulam beach resort.

    Day 03: Mararikulam Beach – Cochin Departure
    Enjoy a leisurely morning at the beach, with options such as watching the sunrise, swimming, or practising yoga. After breakfast, drive to Cochin, approximately 2 hours, for your onward journey.
