Know before you book

  • Guest who aged 3 years old and below free of charge.
  • Guest who aged 4 - 11 years old entitled to purchase for the Child ticket; aged 12 years old and above entitled to purchase for the Adult ticket.
  • Ticket is valid for single redemption and entry. All tickets purchased must be redeemed at any one time and there is no partial redemption are allowed.
  • For group visits of more than 100 pax on the same day, shall inform LSHSM at least 2 working days in advance. LSHSM reserves its right to refuse entry to such Customers if such prior written notice has not been provided to LSHSM.

Important Notice: Please be informed that Kuala Lumpur Tower will be the official venue for the Shine Bright Pink October 5KM Fun Run 2025, held in conjunction with Breast Cancer Awareness Day. This meaningful and inspiring event, organised by the SME Association of Malaysia and the National Women Entrepreneurs Bureau, will take place on Saturday, 11 October 2025, from 6:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Tower Terrace, Kuala Lumpur Tower.

As this event is expected to attract around 3,000 participants, please note that traffic flow and parking availability in the surrounding area may be affected during the event period. We encourage all visitors to plan their visit to ensure a smooth and pleasant experience.

Partial Closure at Sky Terrace (TH05)

  • We are pleased to inform you that enhancement works are currently underway at the Sky Terrace (TH05), specifically near the Merdeka 118 viewpoint. This area will be partially closed until further notice as we prepare for the launch of an exciting new attraction.
  • During this period, there may be visual obstructions and limited access in the affected section. However, the rest of the Sky Terrace remains fully open, and visitors can still enjoy panoramic views of Kuala Lumpur’s breathtaking skyline.
  • This initiative forms part of our ongoing commitment to elevate the visitor experience and introduce fresh, memorable highlights at Kuala Lumpur Tower.

See Kuala Lumpur’s mesmerising landscapes from up high as you head to the observation deck of KL Tower, the 7th tallest freestanding tower in the world that rises 421 metres above ground level. Enjoy spectacular panoramic views of the city and its notorious skyscrapers. KL Tower’s Observation Deck offers unobstructed 360-degree views of Kuala Lumpur and is, without doubt, the best spot in town for taking great photos. Get your entrance tickets early and don’t waste any time in long lines. Head right to the top of Malaysia’s famous skyscraper and watch the city unfold before your eyes. Choose from the indoor Observation Deck, the outdoor Sky Deck or, if you dare, the completely glass Sky Box which extends on a ledge from the Sky Deck!
