What you can expect

  • Begin by meeting the elephants and feeding them bananas under the guidance of the sanctuary team. Listen as your guide explains the history of elephant tourism in Thailand, the harmful practices elephants have faced, and why the sanctuary was established.

    Next, help prepare nutritious food for the elephants. Learn how their diet is adjusted according to their age and individual needs, and why proper nutrition is an important part of their daily care.

    Walk alongside the elephants through the sanctuary’s green natural surroundings. Your guide will introduce each elephant’s storey, personality, diet, and journey to the sanctuary. Observe their behaviour, learn more about responsible elephant care, and take photos while following the guide’s instructions.

    At the end of the experience, return to the visitor centre and enjoy a refreshing Thai herbal drink.
