Departing from the activity centre below the Grande Fjord Hotel, the tour begins with a safety briefing and introduction. Once on the water, follow your experienced local guide towards the waterfalls The Seven Sisters and The Suitor, where the streams cascade dramatically down the mountainsides.

Along the way, your guide shares engaging stories and facts about the fjord, its history, and local traditions. Several stops are included for rest, photos, and taking in the breathtaking scenery.

No previous kayaking experience is required, but participants should be in good physical condition. A shorter kayak tour is available for those seeking a lighter experience.
This tour is NOT suitable for cruise guests visiting Ålesund or Åndalsnes on a day call, as the meeting point is ca 2 hours away.
