Begin your day with a convenient pickup from Tokyo and head to Izu Fruit Park. Thanks to its warm climate and pristine water, Izu is famous for producing sweet, juicy fruits—especially strawberries. From January to May, it’s peak strawberry season, when you can enjoy multiple varieties with a 30-minute all-you-can-pick and eat experience at local farms.
Next, head to Shuzenji, Izu’s charming hot spring town known as “Little Kyoto.” Visit Shuzenji Temple, Bamboo Grove Path, and the romantic Koi Bridge (lovers’ bridge). Enjoy a relaxing hot spring experience at a traditional Shuzenji Onsen hotel, rejuvenating your body and soul.
For lunch, choose between a tonkatsu (pork cutlet) set or unagi (grilled eel) set.
Continue to the Kawazu Sakura Festival, the seasonal highlight of your tour. Marvel at the early-blooming Kawazu cherry blossoms, a vivid pink spectacle along a 6.5 km route. Stroll along the riverside paths, visit the Kawazu Cherry Original Tree, Toyosumi Bridge, and the scenic Sakura-no-Sato. Thousands of cherry trees bloom in succession, providing endless photo opportunities. Local food stalls and craft shops create a festive atmosphere.
From March 9 onward, enjoy extra sightseeing at Kinosaki Coast and Moniwa Suspension Bridge (approx. 60 min).
After a day full of unforgettable experiences, return to Tokyo with an estimated arrival at 6:30 PM.
