Your guide introduces the brewery and the four key ingredients of beer: malt, hops, yeast, and water. See the professional brewing equipment up close and learn each stage of the process, from malt crushing and mashing to filtration, hop boiling, fermentation, and maturation. Finish with a guided tasting of freshly brewed house beers and a Q&A session. Choose from two options: - Brewery Tour & Beer Tasting (approx. 75 minutes) - Tour, Tasting & Wagyu Meal (approx. 100 minutes): after the tour, enjoy a set meal of A4 Japanese Black Wagyu sirloin roast beef, savoured three ways: on its own, with condiments, and with dashi broth, hitsumabushi-style.
