Booking Guidelines:

• The name, country of residence, and passport numbers entered when booking must be an exact match to the passports used when boarding
• You must book your JR Central-West before travelling to or entering Japan
• It is recommended to book the JR Central-West at least 14 days before you intend to travel to Japan. The date selected above on the calendar is not the date of activation, but the date you intend to leave to Japan
• Once purchased, you will receive an Exchange Order. You will receive one Exchange Order per person
• Exchange physical vouchers (not e-tickets)
• You have 90 days from the Exchange Order’s issuance date to swap the Exchange Order for the actual, physical Jr Central Ise-Kumano-Wakayama in Japan at an Official Exchange Office
• Once exchanged in Japan, you have 30 days to activate your JR Pass and start travelling on the trains.
