The tour begins at our Costa Mujeres dock, where the crew welcomes travellers, assists with boarding, and helps everyone settle onto the catamaran. As the boat sails out, guests enjoy Caribbean views, sea breeze, snacks, drinks, and a relaxed onboard mood. Since this is a shared experience, travellers must arrive on time for check in and follow all instructions. The route continues to a reef, where the crew prepares the group for snorkelling. Guides lead travellers into the water for about 20 to 30 minutes, depending on sea conditions, visibility, currents, and safety decisions made by the crew or authorities. After snorkelling, the catamaran continues with music, dancing, and open bar service. In Isla Mujeres, the group visits Icebar Beach Club, where guests enjoy buffet lunch, unlimited drinks, and beach club time. Travellers may also enter the Ice Bar, a frozen room kept at about -18 Celsius, with ice sculptures and photo moments. Afterwards, guests have free time to explore Isla Mujeres, shop, take photos, buy souvenirs, or enjoy the island atmosphere. The day closes with a lively catamaran ride back to Cancun and safe disembarkation at the dock.
