    Visit the Clava Cairns. Tucked away in a beautiful woodland setting near Culloden, to the east of Inverness, these ancient burial cairns are 4000 years old. Reflect on the lives of those who rested here in the serenity of Strath Nairn.

    Explore the desolate Culloden Battlefield where in 1746 the Jacobite army led by Bonnie Prince Charlie was defeated by British Government troops
