Lesendro (Pass by)

Lesendro is a historic fortress on a former island in Lake Skadar, Montenegro, built in the 18th century to guard fishing grounds and trade routes and strengthened by ruler Petar II Petrović-Njegoš against Ottoman attacks. It was captured by the Ottomans in 1843 and finally returned to Montenegrin control in 1878, and today its atmospheric ruins stand as a cultural landmark near Vranjina.

Vranjina (Pass by)

Vranjina Peninsula lies on the edge of Lake Skadar in Montenegro and is known for its peaceful fishing village, historic monastery, and beautiful wetlands. It’s a gateway to Lake Skadar National Park, famous for birdwatching, boat tours, and traditional lakeside cuisine.
