Imagine walking through streets that have witnessed centuries of history. Imagine watching the afternoon sunlight caress the Baroque and Neoclassical façades, highlighting each wrought iron balcony, each sculpture, each detail carved in stone. Imagine stopping in front of a bustling plaza, where everyday life mixes with the solemnity of centuries-old churches and the murmur of colonial fountains. Now imagine all that seen through your camera, with the guidance of experts who not only know the technical secrets of photography, but also the hidden stories behind each building.

Our meeting point will be the Plaza de San Francisco, right in front of the exit of the Quito Metro station, where we will start this unique experience. Along the way, we will visit some of the most iconic places in the historic centre: the majestic Compañía de Jesús Church, the historic Plaza Grande, the picturesque Calle de la Ronda, the imposing Archbishop's Palace, as well as artisan workshops and spots where you can photograph Quito's famous traditional sweets. Depending on the weather and the physical condition of the participants, we will also explore fascinating spots such as the Basilica del Voto Nacional or the traditional area of San Marcos, which offer unforgettable photographic perspectives.

That's what you'll experience on our Instagram tour of Quito's Historic Centre, an experience designed for those who want to take home more than just souvenirs: for those who want to capture the essence of a living city in every image.

Quito's historic centre has been photographed thousands of times, but what makes it special is the way each person sees it. On this sightseeing tour, you'll not only visit the most iconic places, but you'll also learn to find your own perspective, to discover those details that go unnoticed, and to bring them to life in an image. Every street, every square, every façade has a storey to tell. Your camera will be the key to unlocking those stories and sharing them with the world.
