What you can expect

Discover Amsterdam with the official I amsterdam City Card. Visit world-class museums and attractions for free, get unlimited access to Amsterdam's public transport, enjoy a free canal cruise and 24h bike rental.

Valid for 24, 48, 72, 96, or 120 hours from first use, unlimited access to the city's public transport system for the duration of your card allows you to get around quickly. You can also enjoy one free canal cruise from several canal cruise companies at many locations in Amsterdam and 24h free bicycle rental.

The I amsterdam City Card comes in digital form and works on smartphones through our app. To use the City Card you will need to download the I amsterdam City Card app and add your card to it. Activate the card only when you are in Amsterdam and ready to use it. Make sure to charge your smartphone well to ensure you have access to it all day! Through the app, you can transfer cards to your family members or friends and navigate the city through a map highlighting the best locations. Once a card has been transferred, it cannot be transferred (back) again.
