Notice how slowing your movements and attention creates a feeling of ease and connection.

Enjoy a slow guided walk through beautiful woodland paths while practising easy breathing and body-awareness exercises inspired by nervous system regulation techniques.
Walking beside the horse naturally encourages presence and a calmer rhythm.
4) Three-Country Point Photo Stop
Pause at the famous Three-Country Point and capture a memorable photo with the horse and the surrounding national flags marking the meeting place of three countries.
A unique highlight of the experience.

Spend a short silent moment beside the horse in nature.
Many participants experience this as deeply calming and grounding.
6) Closing Grounding & Reflection
End the walk with a short guided grounding exercise before returning feeling more relaxed, present, and connected to yourself and nature.
The experience takes place in a small group of maximum three participants and is guided by a health scientist specialised in nervous system regulation and body awareness
