What you can expect

  • Discover Hong Kong's classic yum cha culture over a relaxed small-group dim sum lunch with a local English-speaking food guide. Meet at the restaurant and let your guide help you order like a local, including well-loved staples and off-menu favourites that are easy to miss without local help.

During the meal, taste a wide selection of Cantonese dim sum and tea. Depending on the restaurant's daily menu, your table may include har gow, siu mai, char siu bao, phoenix claws, congee, egg tarts, seasonal specials, Pu'er or another Chinese tea.

This is designed as an easy lunch experience rather than a rushed walking tour. It is ideal for first-time visitors, food lovers, and travellers who want to understand Hong Kong dining culture while sharing a generous meal in a small group.
