Discover Vietnamese coffee through a guided tasting and hands-on coffee-making workshop in the heart of Saigon. Start with a tasting of Vietnamese Robusta and learn what makes it different from Arabica, from its flavour and aroma to its importance in Vietnam’s coffee industry.

Then, taste 4 iconic Vietnamese coffees — Cà Phê Đen, Cà Phê Sữa Đá, Bạc Xỉu and Egg Coffee — while discovering the history and culture behind each drink. Next, get hands-on behind the coffee bar. Learn how to brew with a traditional Vietnamese phin, then make your own Egg Coffee or Salted Coffee, guided step-by-step by your host.

Leave with a recipe card and certificate, plus our curated insider guide to some of our favourite places to eat and drink in Saigon.
