Know before you book
- Children under 4 years of age are complimentary provided they sit on a parent's lap.
- If your child—regardless of age—requires a car seat, please book a Child ticket.
- Pickup is between 7 AM and 8:15 AM. You will arrange your exact tour departure time directly with the local tour operator after booking.
- Please notify the tour operator at least 48 hours in advance if you will be travelling with a wheelchair. Collapsible wheelchairs ONLY (guest must be able to ascend/descend vehicle stairs). Vehicle wheelchair lift NOT available.
- Roberts Hawaii will make all reasonable attempts to accommodate disabled travellers.
- Not all tour stops are ADA accessible (such as those on beaches and uneven paths). At Moloaa Bay, guests will have to walk on an uneven narrow incline to reach the destination.
