Out of the office and into a shared experience: With “We Are The Company,” you will discover the state capital of Hanover in a completely new way. Instead of a traditional city tour, you can look forward to an interactive experience in the style of an action-packed, outdoor team game that focuses on team spirit, communication and creativity. Guided by our special and unique helpers – a devil and an angel. They will speak to you from your smartphone. One will push you and make cheeky comments about your team's performance, while the other will charmingly support and motivate you. The angel and the devil are your greeters and will guide you through this fun, team-building activity with personalised audio messages.
City centre Hanover becomes your playing field. Together, you will overcome a variety of challenges, discover hidden strengths within the team, and experience how successful collaboration works in a playful way. What's more, you'll strengthen team spirit, encourage interaction among colleagues, and create shared memories – all in the fresh air and with plenty of fun.
This unique event combines city exploration with team motivation training. Humorous riddles, creative tasks, fun dares and tricky communication challenges await you. Each task challenges you in a different way and highlights the importance of collaboration and mutual trust for shared success.
Your greeters, i.e., our staff – integrated into the mobile app for you – provide additional entertainment: a motivating coach and a grumpy therapist with a rough sense of humour. They comment on your progress, provide food for thought and guide you through the entire adventure. Collect words of wisdom along the way as a reward, compare your results, and enjoy an exceptional team event that strengthens the dynamics within your group in a playful way.
