After tasting the Prosecco you will savour local and traditional cheeses “Formaggio di malga” (Malga means alpine summer pasture) as stravecchio, sottofieno, morlacco, smoked ricotta that a knowledgeable staff create through generations. You will also discover the amazing wine cheese (ubriaco - drunken) a wine-infused cheese that provides the best of the wine and cheese in one harmonious bite.
