Great tour. Very knowledgeable guide, high energy and a sincere love of the museum. Shows you things you likely wouldn’t see or notice on your own along with the highlights. Includes activities that make it more than just you listening to him talk for two hours. Highly recommend. The only thing is the meet up point, varying instructions between Expedia and the company. I’d call the company directly in advance to be sure you know where to start. 6 of us in the tour, 2 of us were a little lost upfront but the tour guide made a point to be sure he got us. That was the only thing and is in no way a reflection on tour company. Take this tour!

Lilly was very well organized, knowledgeable and entertaining. She kept the tour full of interesting anecdotes, yet fast paced. We did a couple of team exercises and I could tell that she sincerely cares about the customer experience. The dino toys and instamatic photo at the end were a great touch to an overall fantastic tour on a busy day the museum. I'll also add that we appreciated Lilly texting us about an hour before the tour to confirm the time and meet up location. The ticket from expedia said to meet in a different location so it was great that she contacted us.
