Your tour starts at the Roland statue by the town hall. This is where your tour guide will welcome you, and from here you will stroll through the fish and timber market, past St. Martin's Church, and on to the magnificent cathedral. Passing through Halberstadt's small museum mile with the Gleimhaus, the Heineanum and the Municipal Museum, you will reach Cathedral Square with a view of the Church of Our Lady. If there is still enough time, you can make a short detour to the old town with its colourful half-timbered houses and the former Jewish quarter.
