At the meeting point we will do warm-up yoga and a SUP board navigation and handling class, we will paddle across a lagoon and practice manoeuvres and games to become familiar with the board and build confidence with balance and paddling technique, you can also paddle sitting on the board, then we will begin a journey through the rivers discovering beaches and exotic places in the delta, we will stop for lunch and disembark at a beach to play games and have fun or swim, we will sail until sunset and return to the meeting point, It is a beautiful activity full of fun, adventure and relaxation, we will meet people from the river who carry out all kinds of nautical activities, don't miss this experience!
