Know Before You Book

  • Under 5 years old are complimentary

  • The stargazing experience is available Friday and Saturday nights only and starts at 7.00 pm. Please arrive 10 minutes before start time.

  • Bring a warm jacket as it gets cold

  • Discovery Galleries admission are included. Opening hours for the galleries is 10:00 am - 7:00 pm. Viewing of the galleries must be redeemed on the same day.

What you can expect

The Gravity Discovery Centre Stargazing includes a presentation, laser tour of the night sky and viewing through six large telescopes Visitors can gaze at the wondrous dark sky and all it incudes. The Observatory itself boasts a fully retractable roof and the amazing Western Australian dark sky, offering visitors a world class astronomy experience.

Gallery admission is included during opening hours on the day of your visit.The Gravity Discovery Centre Observatory is situated among pristine bushland in a world wide recongnised bio-diversity hotspot, the amazing Flora and Fauna you may encounter on one of our bush walks is truly breath-taking, especially the wildflowers during spring. Tere are many indoor as well as outdoor things to do and experience, one of the most exciting is of course climbing the Leaning Tower of Gingin and dropping water filled balloons from the very top!
