What you can expect

Join us for an unforgettable experience, including a beautiful, unique train ride to the Grand Canyon and a magnificent tour visiting Grand Canyon National Park for the rest of the day. Your guide will make sure all of the logistics are taken care of for you, from picking you up at your hotel, to checking you in for your train ride, to meeting you at the end of your train ride and lunch, to continuing your tour of the Grand Canyon, and finally dropping you back off at your hotel at the end of a fantastic day.

A scenic drive from Sedona to the Grand Canyon passes through by the rich Red Rocks of Sedona, Oak Creek Canyon, and the towering ponderosa pines of Flagstaff. Arriving in Williams, board the train for your ONE-WAY railway ride to the Grand Canyon Village. Aboard the train, feel like you have been transported back in time as cowboys and old-fashioned musicians entertain you. Peer out your window at the San Francisco Peaks and valleys filled with wildflowers.

Once at the Grand Canyon, you'll see the first dramatic view of Grand Canyon. Then, you will be given time to enjoy lunch on your own at the Grand Canyon Village (lunch not included). You will have time to explore the historic buildings found in the village, or to take a walk along the south rim. Then you will rejoin your guide, and over the next 4 hours, you are driven around the canyon in our tour vehicle, stopping at beautiful viewpoints and historical sights. Climb up the steps of the Watchtower Observatory for panoramic views of the multi-colored canyon that stretches out infinitely before you.

Leaving the Grand Canyon behind, make a stop at the historic Cameron Trading Post, originally built in 1916 and one of the finest places to shop for authentic Native American souvenirs. Then your guide will bring you back to your hotel, passing by the Painted Desert and Little Colorado River Gorge along the way, after a fantastic and memorable day. Cancellation policy is 72 hours advance notice for a full refund.
