Enter the crystal clear water from the beach and practise the breathing techniques at your own pace in a relaxed setting. Please note if you choose to meet us directly at Playa de Amadores the advertised time of 3 hours will be less as this time includes transfer times from hotels. You can expect the experience to last 2 hours if you do not require our pick up and drop off service.
