Enjoy an unforgettable day discovering Gozo with Gozo Découverte. The day trip starts and ends at the harbour of Mgarr, the main entrance to the island, and takes place in small, friendly groups of a few people up to a maximum of ten participants, for a more authentic and personalised experience. Throughout the day, you will be accompanied by a local live guide, a resident of Gozo of French origin, who will share his knowledge and stories with you.
The day begins with the impressive cliffs of Sanap, offering one of the most beautiful panoramas on the island. You will continue to the Bay of Xlendi, a charming cove surrounded by cliffs, ideal for a relaxing break and superb photos. You will then discover the Victoria Citadel, a historic fortress offering a 360° panoramic view.
The route continues to the iconic natural attraction of Dwejra, with the Blue Hole, the Inland Sea, and its unique rock formations. You will then visit the basilica of Ta' Pinu, a peaceful and spiritual place surrounded by open landscapes. The exploration continues with Wied il-Għasri, a spectacular gorge leading to a hidden cove, then the Xwejni salt flats, a testament to ancestral know-how that is still in operation.
You will also enjoy an exceptional view from the Tal-Mixta cave on Ramla Bay beach, before stopping at a traditional bakery to discover local artisanal bread. Finally, you will end this day full of discoveries with an impressive panorama of Comino and the Blue Lagoon, famous for its crystal-clear turquoise waters.
