What you will learn to cook:

  1. Kelopon (Indonesian dessert)
    Sweet glutinous rice flour balls stuffed with palm sugar, coated with coconut flakes.

  2. Fried Tempe with Peanut Sauce (starter + snack)
    Authentic peanut sauce made from scratch. Packed with peanuts, made into a sweet and savoury paste. Tempeh goreng is crispy fried tempeh that is made from fermented soya beans. Similar to its famous brother tofu.

  3. Mie Goreng (Flavourful Fried Noodles)
    Also known as mie goreng, a staple dish in this country: Indonesian stir-fried noodles with vegetables and a sticky, savoury sweet and spicy sauce.

  4. Yellow Chicken Curry
    Create a flavour bomb by blending all the ingredients, crafting your own curry paste, and cooking until it transforms into a smooth, creamy, and aromatic curry

  5. Gado Gado (Indonesian salad with peanut sauce)
    Indonesian salad comprised of blanched vegetables, tofu, and tempeh, served with peanut sauce.

  6. Chicken Taliwang (Famous Lombok dish)
    One of Lombok’s most famous and yummy dishes originated from the village of Karang Taliwang: spicy chicken that gives you a kick in the mouth.
