Your Great Adventure for Two in Melgaço!

The starting point is at the headquarters of Ruta Aventura Rafting, where we meet before heading by transport to Castro Laboreiro.
The first experience is an 8-km guided walk through Peneda-Gerês National Park, following stunning trails and discovering the region's untouched nature.
Bring water, a snack, footwear, and suitable clothing to enjoy every moment.
After the hike, enjoy a typical lunch, celebrating the authentic flavours of Minho.

The adventure continues to the thrilling Slide da Branda da Aveleira – an adrenaline-filled experience with unforgettable panoramic views!
The activity lasts approximately two hours, including:

Preparation and donning of gear,

Safety briefing and instructions,

First ride down the slide,

And a short hike to the second launch (optional, for those who want to repeat the thrill!).

Then, feel the speed on a thrilling go-kart ride through the Parque das Eólicas de Gave, surrounded by stunning mountain scenery.
At the end of the day, check in to your cosy accommodation, perfect for relaxing and recharging your batteries.

On the second day, after breakfast, we return to the Ruta Aventura Rafting headquarters, the departure point for a bike tour along the banks of the Minho River.
Along the way, explore the stunning landscapes, learn a little about the local history, and stop at the Equestrian Centre and the Termas de Melgaço, where you can taste their medicinal waters.

Note: To do each activity, you need to travel considerable distances, although they are all within the same municipality.

There is also the possibility of swapping one of the adventures for a rafting trip on the Minho River!
